Finally, I am a human, not a machine.

I love that private equity's ills are getting more smoke and attention, but as a comms person, the thing I hate about it is that it is faceless. It is a faceless, hard to touch and feel villain.
There are people behind these firms who own and make money from them. I'd love to vilify them.

I remember years ago when I first started therapy my therapist told me I needed to replace negative thoughts with a positive one. I genuinely thought it was a crock of shit.

I know the news cycle moves quick, but Jamaica is still struggling. People are still cleaning up, starving—dealing with burying hundreds of livestock, etc. I’m still getting videos.
But I’ve been seeing more use of Tallawah. It’s patois basically meaning tenacious though not a direct translation.
