Last week I changed my asthma spray after consulting my doctor and it feels like I'm feeling better!
It's easier to build up my stamina! I'm not coughing as much while dancing!!!
Or stretching...how did I think my asthma was stable...?

I can proudly say that I've gained 2kg in the past two weeks!😤
I've really tried hard and sometimes forced myself to eat something/more.
Counting all the kcal weren't for naught!
But in a few days I will loose another kilogram again...OTL I despise soup...

I was able to weight myself.oo
I actually lost 2kg since last month.oo And I know I weight less last week because my face is a little bit fuller and I don't have my 6 pack anymore.
I also got more energy.
That means I probably weight 40-41kg last week.x.x

I was able to weight myself.oo
I actually lost 2kg since last month.oo And I know I weight less last week because my face is a little bit fuller and I don't have my 6 pack anymore.
I also got more energy.
