Need some help. EO Defending Women, more specifically section 2, d and e. The words “at conception” don’t make sense. When a sperm fertilizes an egg no sex/gender is identified. At the time of fertilization a zygote is formed; cells then divide producing an organism. Or do I have this wrong?
