In my AU, they are brought back thanks to Prime’s events. They reunite with Sonic, but he is left confused. But he senses some sort of connection with them…

Sonia: In our last adventure, we were able to take down Robotnik’s defenses. It was a massive explosion. Manic: Yeah! It was awesome! And then we…and then…wait…why can’t I remember anything after that? I’m…drawing a blank… Cinos was taking a nightly run through the fields. He was thinking about recent events, about how his friends have suddenly gotten old allies from their variant’s pasts. Makes him wonder about his. He was then interrupted when his watch caught a signal of an upcoming anomaly. He decided to scope it out. He searched around the area, wondering where this anomaly would be. That’s until he heard a voice behind him that started him. “Sonic?” Curious, he turned around and saw two figures running towards him. One was a pink hedgehog and the other was a green hedgehog. And they look rather similar to him. And wait, did they say ‘Sonic’? No one has said his actual name after Prime. Does that mean they know who he really is? The two hedgehogs were reaching close, looking rather excited to see him. Could it be fans of his? Or maybe those in need of rescue? But then his watch was beeping loudly. It looks as though the two are anomalies. “Sonic! Oh my gosh! We were so worried for you! We searched everywhere!” spoke the pink hedgehog. “Yeah! We got so lost. So glad to see you bro!” The green hedgehog cheered. Bro? Like…brother? Sonic never had a brother before. At least not blood related. So does that mean he had siblings in another reality? Despite his hesitation, he still felt a strange connection to the two. Almost like a feeling of reunion and joy seeing them. It was odd. Seems like he may have gotten himself a little reunion.

Tails fired the cannon right towards me…and all I saw was a bright light…with a faint visual of Tails…” “And somehow…I find myself back to life…I don’t know how I got here. All I can remember was some visuals of some shattered glass. Yet…a part of me knows this is where I was meant to be…somehow…” Myles found something unusual on his radar while he was star gazing. It warned him of an anomaly approaching towards his home. With his parents asleep, he gets a hold of his gear and heads out to investigate. Slowly, he treads through the fields, searching for this anomaly. His radar began to flicker, signaling he’s close. The anomaly was getting into his line of sight. It was…green? Could it be a sign of alien life? Not like any alien life he’s familiar with. Closer, he makes out what that figure was. It appears to be…a woman? She was sporting some flowers on top of her head. Judging from the green, she may be a plant creature? While figuring it out, the plant creature looked at him, finally noticing him. Myles froze in place, fearing what this creature might plan to do to him. But instead of any sort of attack, the woman looked at him in confusion too. She was reading his face, almost like she was trying to analyze him. “T…Tails?” She spoke quietly. Myles was left shocked. How did this woman know his nickname? He never encountered any alien like this before. “Is it you?” The woman appeared to be emitting tears, almost like she’s relieved or something. Myles didn’t know what was going on or what to do. …and yet…somehow…a part of him suddenly felt some sort of strange connection with her. A feeling of sorrow and regret waved up upon seeing her. He can’t decipher what this means, but…if his gut is giving him deja vu, and that this woman was able to recognize him, something tells him that this may lead into another glimmer of his past.
