So here's a fun little thing. In the August '02 Haven proto, you start in an version of the hometown which was overhauled before released, but it turns out there's an older version of the area in the files with different plants (and without the messed up geom).

Possibly never before seen Famicom game: Frank of GamingHistory exported data from loose Nintendo Famicom chips, It contained graphics from an unknown Taito game. No exe data though. I’ve hand assembled some of the tiles. Anyone see a game like this mentioned possibly in late 80s Japanese magazines?

So check this out,if you add 64 dec to every byte of the Castlevania Circle of the Moon ROM,you can see the special player names the devs are checking for to enable special game modes. All are publicly known except ABCDBCAD. i don’t know what it does atm, but also one might need to beat the game (…)

As I talked about before, Psycho Dog is the Ralts line. Attempts at spriting it and possibly its second stage are still in Ralts's scratchpad, the line was listed in the purple color group (a common frustration, Ceruledge fans know), and the line was originally named Psyko, Psyoh, and Psyking.

With the Center being T21R0601, this makes the placement of the next two (Bird and older Guide Gent's house) a mystery. The Center is the last warp in both versions and got R06 from the Nov. 98 version. Bird might be behind the cut tree and Guide might be the one with the sign.

I've been seeing talks about game prices and being like "yeah you shouldn't complain about game prices because it used to be worse", talking about old prices adjusted for inflation.
Here's my word about it: Fuck off. I am so fucking glad inflation hasn't impacted the pricing that much.
