If something’s not working or you dislike how it looks, having a rest for a few minutes doing a different activity can help you rearrange your thoughts and come up with a solution faster. Also don’t forget to stretch!

If you use photos of yourself for pose references, make a video instead and do screenshots from it ! You’ll get more dynamic poses, plus it saves time bc you can get multiple poses from 1 video, instead of 1 photo=1 pose
