I made a version for @kitchengladiators.bsky.social and named him the BENTOTAUR (a bento Minotaur lol) eggs as the face, meatball as the snout, peas for nostrils, gim for the eyes, yubuchobap for the ears, and scallion pancakes for the horns 🍜

For the @kitchengladiators.bsky.social this June, I present grilled chicken legs to the Minotaur! Patted dry, coated with vegetable oil and seasoned with creole seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, and a little baking powder for crispiness, plus pecan wood for a smoky, nutty flavor! They did great!

Smoked duck wellington with a boozy plum sauce!
Looks great, but the flavour profile is dominated by the smoke, definitely needs some tweaking but for now I just need some damn sleep lol.
