Heads up, If you have an Nvidia Maxwell GPU (700-800-900 series) seems that the Windows 10/11 Jan 2026 security updates breaks things.
Causing freezes (specially Vulkan applications) the taskbar stops working, you are unable to shut down or restart w/o unplugging, and others.

And grinding through stuff on botw the first time was like, nice, but besides the fact getting everything in totk is a fuck ton more work, I just don't think I'd be willing to 100% botw again if I had the chance either? I think I just am not that type of person, but eh I'll probably try sometime.

I think that I really liked botw because I played it when it was new, it was like a huge thing
but totk is daunting because it's basically the same thing with some additions that I never cared for (and somehow even worse framerate holy shit)

Likewise though, I grew up with Zelda OOT and MM and those games fucking suck for a first time playthrough, but I love to replay em, it's very much just a if you grew up with them sort of situation.

the issue is not really the difficulty as said, it's just the idle time after doing the objective
I do mainly use the mig21, I got the dlc, but the plsl not going through clouds is annoying
I don't really have an issue hitting shots with mg on ac7, soon as I figured out to not use the reticle

I got all my other medals (cept for all S rank in normal difficulty cuz again, boring) back when i first got the game, I been always dreading this one.

and it's not really hard, it's just like absurdly boring holy shit
cuz the "most optimal" way to get it is by playing on easy
I just kinda do the objective and sit idle till the timer runs out...

also i find it kinda funny that if you remove bixby (samsung's ai assistant) the side button just does nothing at all on the default settings

I stripped it from all services that are related to updates, idgaf about security stuff they tell abt when so many of their apps are what cause those security exploits / holes, so by me removing em i just remove those lol

samsung removed proper dex w/ oneui8 which is why i was trying to avoid updating it (till it ran out of battery and forced an update once i powered on)

going from the system using from 7 up to 10 gb of ram to it staying under 4 (and under 3 by removing a lot of oem apps via adb) it's really nice, csp runs a lot nicer when having many layers, i gotta get my brushes in here though..
