So what would an elected official do if they believed this extinction-level? Storm the Capitol? 😜 kind of joking, but what is the counterfactual here? Especially when you lose elections.

Can we be serious? The U.S. has the best colleges and universities in the world. A college degree continues to have real world economic value, and colleges throughout the country are drivers of their local economies. This “chaos” has been manufactured.
