My New Year’s resolution was to dedicate at least the equal amount of time to creating as I do passive media/internet consuming. So far I have made two Belgian linen shirts, one back-tie rustic blue linen apron, and one front-tie Japanese cotton apron.

Before and after the vintage nambu iron teapot’s spa day

The water was soooo black from the rust reacting with the tannins from the teabags left overnight. The spoon disappeared from sight the moment I dipped it it to fish out the little teapot.

Nambu teapot spa. Scrub and add into a big pot with 6 teabags full of cheap black tea to extract as much tannins into the water.

Boil the teapot and tea together for 20min and leave overnight in the tannin rich water.

Final results will be revealed soon!
