I kinda just walked around this small patch of dirt behind my house until my feet got dirty enough ๐
Otherwise, you could always walk around your place or somewhere like the park, empty parking lot, or something, but I don't have the courage or time to do that haha.

I'll be honest, I don't really do much xD but as someone who works from home all year long, I'm usually indoors and in socks... which I like to think helps a lot, especially when comparing to someone out all day long in tight shoes. I also just wash/scrub daily and that's pretty much tbh.
