Big news - a €2.2M ERC grant awarded to the new EPIC project will fund a groundbreaking optical platform for early detection of head & neck cancers. The aim? Real-time imaging for more accurate and less invasive diagnosis. Early detection could save lives.

A patch containing tens of millions of microscopic nanoneedles could replace traditional biopsies.
