Actually, if Nami were to get fat she should totally have a beer gut since that girl drinks a lot. Just a big rounded belly hanging over the waistband of her pants, which she can't close anymore because of her tummy so she just leaves them unbuttoned. The same goes for the belts she no longer uses!
