Saw these. Had to buy. Was disappointed. Couldn’t taste creme egg (but maybe I’m just trying to compare them in my head to the long-gone creme eggs of the 90s which were SO much better than current one)

For my skyscraper room in my ACNH hotel, I wanted to go for an 80s Wall Street guy vibe. I’m still pretty limited when it comes to items as I haven’t done many houses in HHP on this island, but I did my best with what I had.

Took the dogs to the vet yesterday for their annual check up, and found out Leroy has an abscess on one of his gums & has to have urgent surgery. It sounds like his remaining few teeth will have to be removed too. He’s 14-15 and a rescued pup who used to eat stones so I’m not surprised. Poor guy 💛

@isleofjane.bsky.social I wanted to reply to your post about the hotel but couldn’t so sending this instead hahaha. It’s a pity not being able to experience the hotel without upgrading the museum, but I imagine the hotel wouldn’t fit the theme either? It’s easier to ignore on a pier though haha

I never play my switch handheld (neck hates it) but it’s not even 6am on Friday and I woke at 430am so I’ve been playing ACNH in bed for the last 45 min. Finally remembered to take photos of some of my hotel rooms!

It’s summer here but it feels more like early spring/late autumn. I should be disappointed but I’m not a fan of the heat & I LOVE layers.

If you’re wondering where I’ve been, 2025 was awful. My dad died & 10 days before my mum had a heart attack. 3 weeks later I wrote off my car, & I’ve had a bunch of health stuff.

I just got very grumpy and impatient with twitch support and I felt bad but the person wasn’t reading what I was saying and just copying and pasting from a script. But I got it sorted.
