There are very few exporter processors ( pretty much owned by the same group) so a commercial decision to dump early and put a premium on quality or fill the quota with high priced first then dump low quality. There is only 4 processors world wide at this point of the scale needed

Like the motor cycle industry that price their models for market share rather than profit which is to create brand loyalty we need to apply the same principals to export of primary produce so we have diversity of markets which can then be grown

At the moment there is a lot of talk and speculation on Social Media that AI will replace 99% of labour over the next five years and certainly over the next decade. AI is also an existential threat to humanity.
My thoughts are the same as shops with self checkout without the human interaction
