So here’s how I feed my brain with lots of omega 3. Which we need for focus and who amongst us doesn’t feel a bit twisted these days?
Salmon and Sardines of course
My morning cereal.
Oatmeal whole rolled oats
Walnuts
Almonds
Sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
Dried berries
Chia seeds.

In this time of great upheaval it’s really easy to get immersed in the news and your personal media. Don’t forget to eat!!!
Your brain needs protein (from animals or plants), lots of fruits and veggies and Omega 3 fats.
Omegas are the one we are missing most often.
