As a new Canadian, can someone explain how the CBC can call a Liberal government but *not* a majority government? How many seats do they need to project the Liberals will win to feel comfortable making that call? Maybe @peark.es knows?

For the urbanists: Is there a notion that measures how dense a neighbourhood needs to be (at current or equilibrium(?) price) to be "affordable?"

Curious about neighbourhoods who say they want to be affordable, but given current prices and zoning, could never be

If Lake County, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kamala Harris would have easily won the state. How little do state lines need to move for Harris to have won the election? The answer is shockingly small.
