On August 9-10, 2025, 35 billion gallons of rain fell from the sky and onto Milwaukee — flooding the city. Team Rubicon is still there, and I spent the past two days up north documenting their recovery efforts. In a world full of chaos, it’s nice to see neighbors still helping neighbors.
