STY #Man-Yi has seemingly finished its EWRC just east of Catanduanes with its western eyewall now scraping the east coast of the island. While the storm has weakened some since its Category 5 peak ~6h ago, it is still a powerful tropical cyclone.

The binary interaction (Fujiwhara) between #91L and ex-90L is starting in the SW Gulf of Mexico. Both entities are forecast to merge during the next two days, after which a TC is likely to form out of the convective mess there. Could get quite strong on approach to the Gulf coast afterwards.
