Since Cal Newport isn't on social media, we have to spread the slow productivity gospel.

Its golden rule: "Do less, work at a natural pace, and obsess over quality."

Hang the attention economy. Take time to enjoy the things you do, and don't find pride in metrics but your pursuit of mastery.
