Best advice I can give when buying a new car is do all the negotiation via text or email - never at the dealership.
Get a written deal sheet with all tax, title and fees separated out in advance, and shop around!
You may have to ask multiple times, but they’ll send it if they want to sell a car.

Intel needs new innovation to be a buy at this point. Stock is "cheap" and could be worth an investment if they can once again compete.
