I think the short answer here is "No" - this draft Welsh Gov budget, as it stands, is inconsistent and means 360 fewer households supported by Shelter Cymru.

Recently celebrated 8 years at Shelter Cymru, and now heading into my 20th year as a career #fundraiser and third sector volunteer (started when I was 12, obvs).
So much has changed. So much remains the same.
