It was one hell of a day for teams on the bubble.
Teams that I had seeded 35th-47th or among the first five out in my bracket earlier this week went a combined 13-1 today, the only loss being Wake Forest vs. Duke.
Xavier and BYU also became a good bit more interesting today.

To put these numbers in context, in the 2023-24 season, all teams combined went 426-1396 (.234) against Quad 1, and there were only 23 teams that posted a winning record against Quad 1. (18 if you remove the five mid-majors who went 1-0.)
For an entire league to be sitting at .590 is insanity.
