Return to work policy in reality. Stop what you were doing at home to travel an hour away from where you were am. Then start doing the same thing again. to placate a boss who doesn’t know how to use zoom but “wants the interaction” even though they will ignore you. Then travel back home.

Not many people outside of #regionalAustralia knows this but #Christmas means cheap beautifully fresh cherries eaten by the kilo.

But go ahead and be a science denier.

Fun fact: The Pitohuri’s feathers, found in Papua New Guinea, contain the same toxins as the poison dart frogs of the Amazon. Not at the same doses though. They get it from a melyrid beetle they eat. No one knows how deadly the beetles are.

Fun fact: fairies probably could exist. Size is no precursor to intelligence but is for air displacement. So an intelligent bipedal with extra wings is possible.

Fun fact: humans burn energy turning calories into heat and sweat. So what’s a wraith gonna suck on? They don’t have a corporal orifice.

Ok so after all of that I think we have the hub of our discussion 1. Braille is reading -and more people should learn it because it’s not so hard to do. 2. Audible is NOT reading - it’s listening but just as valuable. On this I bid you goodnight. Disability. Pride & proud.

Absolutely agree with you. The thirty(ish-happy to be corrected ) contractions in grade 2 does make the learning process longer. But not harder.

Thought I’d reply better. Yes I do know how to read Braille. I’m poor at it, as with my sign language but I have learnt it. It’s not hard -a common misconception- but it does take time. A good starting point is one of the free apps like Bump Bump Braille or Braille academy.

I’ve been here for just over a week, that’s after five year hiatus from social media. So far I’ve three followers. All bots pretending they are women looking for me. I’m obscure, you’re famous. Has to be worse.

Brazil is really easy to pick up. 26 combinations of dots corresponding to the 26 letters of the alphabet. Nothing simpler. Now a cat…… not so easy

I firmly believe that there is no third novel because there was no third day. The Chronicler was followed, the inn attacked and the Chronicler perished, possibly along with Kvothe and Bast. The chronicler is our ears, if the Chronicler is dead, how are we to hear? Therefor no third novel is

Fun fact: If the spirits of the dead remain on earth till they have found their emotional resolution then the same must be true of all animals. This must mean there are ghost puppies- which is a nice thought.

My mind keeps turning to undertaking a doctorate studying comparisons in living standards between first world and second world conditions. Research would be easy. America is about to go through that transition. Just can’t decide which section of community to do it with. Too many choices.
