I love writing about burnout. It impacts so many people that I always feel like anything I write on the subject has the potential to be super helpful.

Here's a post on burnout among correctional nurses. The information is applicable in other industries too.

For me, reading is self-care.

I love starting my day with a cup of coffee and a physical book.

I enjoy listening to a book while I prep my lunch.

And I wind down every evening by reading a book before bed.

How do you make time for reading in your day?
January 6, 2025 at 10:30 PM
No time to read?

Try these tips:

📖 Carry a book everywhere — digital books make this easy.
🎧 Listen to audiobooks during commutes and while you do chores.
⏰ Dedicate 20 minutes daily to reading.
📺 Watch less TV. Try reading instead of watching television.

What else works for you?
