The Senate confirmed; the Senate should resend its confirmation.
If the Senate can confirm a nominee, then they should have the power to resend that consent. Try it.

Biden’s pardon of Hunter was for 1) family and 2) to reduce future judicial abuse. Pardoning the others shows that #2 is equally, if not more, important as #1. Do it.
Politico reports that President Biden’s senior aides are debating whether to issue preemptive pardons to individuals such as Adam Schiff, Anthony Fauci, and Liz Cheney, who could be targeted by Donald Trump when he returns to the Oval Office.
