Shirabe is a hero student in Class 1-A. She's a quiet, hard-working girl from the Tohoku region, whose parents run a not-very-popular onsen and are kind of assholes about it. Her Quirk lets her store pressurizes steam and emit it in blasts from her arms and legs.

Character profile: Riki Kinaki, alias Mean Machine. Riki is a scrawny teenaged girl with a round face and a big grin, depicted standing casually at 3/4 angle with her school backpack on her shoulders. The energetic release is so powerful that it backlashes onto Rustam's own body, forcing him to regenerate limbs from stumps. Repeated nerve damage has left him with chronic pain, but on the bright side it's very hard to kill him.
