I know i havent been around much, but i got KU back and the fact that i can finally consume other R. Reata books for free is the highlight of my recent reading journey.
I finished Everlong last night, and lemme tell you!! I sobbed at the end!! Its been so long since a book moved me like that.

Im finally coming back from the longest reading slump ive had. But to be fair, work has been slaughtering me. Ive worked 430 hours since June 19th. Im abt to work 100+ hours this pay period by tomorrow.

I have a meeting this morning, but I have enough PTO to cover the rest of the day, so I might use it to cover the rest of the day. This way I get 5 days off in a row bc I was off yesterday too for Soup's vet appointment and we have a three day weekend ahead of us!

April 2025 📚 ㅡ OOF. I knew April was gonna be a hard month for me reading wise ( though don't let those blank days fool you; i reas those days, just not enough to justify tracking it. i.e. 1 - 2 pages ), but I didn't think it'd be THAT bad. May should be better for me, fingers crossed!
