Been watching the seals the past few weeks along the coast path when out on runs. Some have been basking in the sun, bobbing along, others have been moving frantically just below, potentially hunting and others just moving gently along like the one in the picture which I took a few years ago.

The turning point on yesterdays 2 hour run on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, just a lovely couple of hours with Otter. Spent 30 minutes filming to add to a video talking about this years releases as well as some non-documentary projects i've been working, in some cases, for over 2 years. #trail
