We had the chance to meet up with Nick Hague and Don Petit from crew 72 to ISS. We trained both on NICER repair. Nick did the repair on orbit for us.

Although the press release does not reflect this, NICER played the major role in finding out that this source was a QPE putting in over 500 ksec of total exposure looking every 90 minutes for 2 months - much more than the original request.

In Brazil for the holidays. We visited a couple in Lami, RGS- near Porto Alegre. They made their own shelter for homeless dogs and cats. They currently have over 700 dogs.
