Who else has seen the beautiful colors along the Scioto?😍 This fall, remember to never put leaves in the trash.🍂 Instead, you can:
- Keep leaves on your yard
- Turn leaves into mulch
- Compost leaves
- Place leaves in a separate container or paper bags for yard waste collection

Styrofoam can be scary for the environment, but did you know you can recycle it for FREE?👻 You can drop off hard styrofoam (no to-go boxes, egg cartons, or packing peanuts) at one of our Waste and Reuse Convenience Centers located at 1500 Georgesville Dr or 2100 Alum Creek Dr.

The greenhouse gasses from rotting pumpkins in the landfill should not be the scariest thing this Halloween. Instead, bring them to one of the Division of Refuse Collection's two Waste and Reuse Convenience Center to be composted! Learn more at columbus.gov/trash
