Update- turkey breast are at 143&144 after 7 hours of smoking. We know they will smoke faster than the pork shoulders so no probe in them yet. So far sitting for 22. Gotta get at least 5 more.

At least this time around we have more Slytherins on our side of the culture war. Many of whom I count as friends. The problem is this time around, members of all houses joined the 5th house of orange musk.
