Fantastic article on Coralie Fargeat staying true to her vision for The Substance! Glad she didn’t back down to studio execs who doubted its marketability. It was my favorite film of 2024—and the first body horror film ever nominated for an Oscar!

Fantastic article on Coralie Fargeat staying true to her vision for The Substance! Glad she didn’t back down to studio execs who doubted its marketability. It was my favorite film of 2024—and the first body horror film ever nominated for an Oscar!
