Cool. Showing compassion and empathy is "a waste of time." That's the way to be a leader!

I'm absolutely honored to listen to @gabbygiffords.bsky.social talk about recovering her speech at the 40th CSUN Assistive Technology conference! #csun #csunat #accessibility #disability

Just an FYI: Medicaid fraud is rarely perpetrated by beneficiaries. The fraudsters are almost always the doctors and CEO's that administer Medicaid. For example: when a doctor charges the government $600 for an $8 breast pump and pockets the cash and the third party administrator takes a cut.

Wonder what has a bigger impact on productivity: working remotely, or worrying how you're gonna pay your bills and feed your kids because some jerk thinks he knows more than your job because he bought his way into being BFF with a conman of a president?

And also, as a State government employee, if I have to sit through 15 hours of required training every year on protected information, private data, and personal health information even though there is 0.0% chance...1/2

Do you think it will work if we post the following message on social media platforms? "I do not authorize Elon Musk, DOGE, or any associated teenage techbro "trust me, bro" entities to access, copy, distribute or sell my social security private and protected data"

I agree the way to move forward is to welcome people who may have voted a different way than us and who realize they were misled by rhetoric. If we don't show kindness, they will remember the hatred instead the next time they have to make a choice.
I think it already is.

But seriously. Don’t call them names. We want the door open for them when they realize the mistake they made.

We are for a better America. Not a vindictive America
Hey Mark do you think voters remorse will ever hit the magat crowd

Not JD Vance out here slinging bad theology which is directly antithetical to the actual teaching of Jesus and his followers!

The anti-discrimination laws are still in place,it's only the practice to make sure they are being followed that's gone (well, for now). The US government is going to waste so much money and resources in legal claims. 2/2

What frustrates me about this big Federal "anti-DEI" bullshit is that it's going to result in SO. MANY LAWSUITS against the federal government. 1/2

The email address for federal workers to inform on their colleagues is DEIAtruth@opm.gov.

Would be a real shame if folks flooded that inbox, rendering it useless.

I'm sure this will have absolutely no devastating impacts to veterans. After all, we all know how well funded and staffed the VA currently is!

In case you're wondering, #DEI and diversity leads to better financial outcomes for organizations.

I have a "DEI" job in state government. I run my agency's program for Digital Accessibility If you have genuine questions, AMA. Be warned, I do not suffer fools or assholes. #ama #dei #idea #deia

Today's hot take: I secretly enjoy the idea that someone probably gets mad that when they fill out an online form and have to select a country, they have to scroll through the whole list down to the U section to find the US in the list.

What is the appropriate length of time to hold on to the remaining glove when you lose one? Then once you give up on a successful reunion, what do you do with the misfit? Just throw it away? It feels like such a waste!

Genuine question: How do people actually afford big family vacations (like go to a different country, or bring the whole fam to Disney for a weak kind of vacations)? A trip to Europe including flights, hotel, travel etc. For even a small family of 4 would be at least $10,000. Save up, credit card?
