Just slapped things together until the work - and the wisp now avoids colliders and gliding over/under them :D

Prototyping a custom curve solution - simple and quick construction of the main curve via game objects, and then generating a wave on top with various parameters. It's an easy way to create custom sequence paths for a little wisp! :)
