Thoughts: Much more differences to the movie although the central plot remains. Still enjoyed it and hope they do more with the actor.

Thoughts: Learned things about breathing that I didnt know before. Enjoyed the studies of mouth breathing and CO2. I am a little skeptical about some of the claims but doing the exercises for myself wouldn't hurt.
