So many BlueSky users try to up their clicks by just reposting the worst junk they see on X and saying "look how terrible this is" REALLY sucks, and just gives the garbage more exposure. It's there and not here for a reason, and reposting it doesn't add to the conversation... it lowers it.

At least I'll always have this (from the last home game) ... a reminder of a lost season and the reason the #Mets are making such agonizing changes now. I guess the actual needs of the team gotta come first. I'm a 6-decade #NYMets fan, so painful fandom is my stock in trade. Pun intended.

I'll sadly watch a Robert Redford marathon today ... starting with "Three Days of the Condor." A movie about the abuse of power seems appropriate right now, and was an issue Redford was concerned about. Then "The Sting." A movie about being conned seems appropriate right now...
