Wrote to my red state sen last week, saying do NOT advance JFK nom due to controversial character and lack of experience. Got only acknowledgmt reply, saying they'd answer soon. This a.m. got their newsletter, saying they'd advance all noms bc "AMERICA SPOKE". Really? Even before hearings? UGH

We all get that this case is being dismissed because there is no constitutional allowance for prosecuting a sitting president. Smith is clear still on merit, gravity, and evidence. MAGA will not critical-think this and will declare VICTORY from the "lawfare." I already don't watch the news. HELP!
