I am proud of Canada and I’m proud of Canadians across the country for standing up after a bully shoved us. Glad for the economy that tariffs are on pause but I still won’t give my lunch money to bullies. Keeping my money to Canada.

Sometimes, due to the MS, I have trouble swallowing. The muscles are mistimed or just freeze. Today I was drinking “fire cider” (fighting a virus) when MS happened and I choked and the fire cider went up my nose and I coughed the rank burning stinky liquid back into the cup. I love MS 🫶🏻

Finished listening to “Maid” by Stephanie Land last night. It was great on Netflix but hearing her own story of being a single mom in poverty in her own words was engaging and moving. The stigma! Off to the next in #katstbrpile2025 #booksky
