Had a great day today walking a few miles in the woods with my son and my partner. Then a delicious clam boil dinner 🙂

It’s almost 7am on a rainy Saturday morning. I can smell the coffee in the mug on my bedside table. I am warm and cozy with flannel sheets and a quilt. Paul is in the shower and so there is water falling inside and outside. Occasionally he sings.
It’s supposed to rain all day.

Walked about 2 1/2 miles today after work. Hills and valleys. Lately that’s pretty good for me and my MS. Left leg and foot can get unhappy. Got a gorgeous reward, though. I love where I live.
