While women fight to be believed in many areas of our lives, the most rage inducing chapter is for perimenopausal women whose doctors do not believe them that nothing has changed about their diet/exercise but they are gaining weight.

Experimenting outlining a book using the same structure that I use for television episodes. Now I am curious. How do you all outline? Do you use A,B and C storylines? Act breaks? Boil it up like a pot of pasta noodles and throw it at the fridge?
