Is anybody else noticing a problem with paid Microsoft support over the last week? I got locked out of an account I got sold on their business support and I still can’t even get answers or return phone call. I’ve been on hold for a total of six hours just today.

I never understood throwing out things you already own just cause someone is an asshole. BUYING them knowing is different.
