(As per usual, late to the game) but really delighted to announce that I presented two talks at #AR25/#AECongress2025 yesterday (Thursday).

The first titled 'Exploring Autistic Children's Participation in Decision-Making in Irish Primary Schools' highlighted the ongoing findings of my PhD study.

Hijacking @kosjenka.bsky.social's post to say a quick thank you to all of our fantastic participants from yesterday (Thursday's) workshop.

If there are any questions, feel free to flag Kirsten or myself down - we will be wandering around #AECongress25 #AEC25 or alternatively DM me for emails!
Day 1

So far, sooooo good!

The last workshop of the day!

As an autistic teacher, I’m quite looking forward to this one:

Really enjoying this book launch so far!

I'm not just saying that because I have a chapter in it - it's really a great collection of neurodivergent writers, researchers, educators and more.

So many intersecting themes, so much recognition of common structural problems in education institutions...💜
BOOK LAUNCH ONLY ONLINE ONLY

The University of Sunderland in London is closed next week due to the tube strike. Therefore we have moved the event online. We are so sorry for the last minute change - we would have loved to have met you all in person.
