We are absolutely thrilled to officially launch “Menopause, Diet and Cancer”.

Shaped by the voices of 16 women who helped design what they needed most – Menopause, Diet and Cancer is not a clinical manual; it’s a book designed to be part of your everyday life—and your kitchen.

Great to present our national supplement survey at EMAS in Valencia. 63% of Irish menopausal cancer survivors reported supplement use-yet only 3% found them effective. Most advice came from healthstore staff & social media. Time for better, evidence-based support.

Thrilled to see the launch 'Your Living Well Toolkit —a resource empowering men beyond the #LIAMMc Trial.

Sustaining wellbeing after a structured program can be difficult, but we hope this guide, developed with past participants, makes it easier. Proud to be part of this! 💛
