2024 was challenging from a professional prospective - changing jobs twice and ultimately leaving the NHS was harder than I anticipated and not for the reasons I thought. Belonging is so important and is everyone’s business. It’s not hard, be inquisitive, be open, be kind.

Great to be in print, we radically changed the service at the time with great success and longevity
