Does anyone else relate to feeling like you can either do it all or do nothing?🥲Learning how my brain is wired has come with accepting some days I can be an absolute boss whirlwind and others I am a puddle when I need to recharge 🐌

Joy seems frivolous when times are heavy but it’s actually our birthright 🦄 while times seem bizarre and scary, humour will pull us all through. Don’t lose the lighthearted stuff 🌞

These times can be a great reminder to put more roots in to the things we always have control over, ourselves. The more rooted we feel within ourselves, the better we can navigate shifts in our external reality 🌀

Change and transformational times can feel like the rug is being pulled from under us. Perhaps it’s because we had put down some roots into the things that are shifting, and that is what feels destabilising 🌳

The Panther of Persistence summons the energy from somewhere to continue on. Even though it gets a lot sometimes 🩷 He is rooted in hope and he looks for moments of rest and happiness along his journey to keep him going ✨
