Week 6: I've lost a total of 2.6 pounds (losing 1.3 pounds this week). My new habit change is to limit eating cheese to once a week. This is surprisingly hard, as I didn't realize how many of the TV dinners I take to work for lunch contain cheese. #50by50journey

Month 1 of 50 by 50 Challenge: I've lost 1.3 pounds & .5" across chest, waist, hips, and an inch off both arms. I've volunteered 27 hours and read 11 books. I've swam 4 times, worked out on Oculus 8 times, and I only missed meeting my daily 9,000 steps twice because the flu is stupid. #50by50journey

Week 5: I've lost 1.3 pounds total (gained 1.8 pounds this week because hormones are dumb). Instead of a habit change, I'm setting a year-long goal to complete 150 hours of volunteering for my various charities. This will include fundraising, as well as actual volunteer work. #50by50journey

Swim #4: 1 full lap with kickboard. 4 laps without. No organs complaining too loudly. Can do 3/4 of a lap without a break. New record! Too many people for a pool photo, but here is my gear after the fact. #50by50Journey
