Look for the word “is”-
“Is going” =
“Goes” or “went”
Now do that 500 times.

You can’t control things like going on submission or how many people buy your books. But you can control how much you write and how much effort you put into the writing community. Those gains might not be quantitative, but they’re so rewarding.
