Kathryn 1 Eating Disorder 0 tonight made Paella from scratch & eat a proper portion without breaking down in tears so today is a good day. Recovery is one fork full at a time.

Well what can I say it was amazing, everything I wanted & more. For a few hours I got to leave my eating disorder, diabeties & worries at the door & have a break from my mind. Never underestimate the power of music.

I’ve been waiting for this Within Temptation gig for over a year and I thought I wasn’t going to make it due to being in the Eating Disorder unit. I am so happy right now.
