Between this and the stories about ICE detaining Native Americans, it is very very hard to avoid the conclusion that ICE is just arresting all the brown people they see.
Less than 10 days and MULTIPLE CASES already where ICE under Trump's hyper-charged enforcement orders have arrested Puerto Rican citizens!
